A. W. Slemko Builders is committed to the betterment of the community.† One of the most important parts is the history of a building and its importance to the community.† In order to keep the community beautiful and encourage new esthetic development the old buildings must keep up.† The restoration of historical sites is a way to merge the old with the new, the past with the future.†

The process of historical restoration is an involved process.† Every piece of original material is restored, refinished and reassembled.† Only when a material is beyond repair is it replicated to match the existing millwork.

Whether refinishing the exterior, fixing a porch, repainting windows or restoring the whole building all are done with the time and care that a historical building requires.†
